<br />Regina Scheibner is a graphic designer and illustrator specializing in print publication and document design with more than
<br />19 years of professional experience. She has extensive experience designing unique, creative outreach materials grid
<br />documents, including guidance manuals, handbooks, brochures, newsletters, fact sheets, book covers, posters, workshop
<br />and training materials, logos, Web sites and splash screens, for a variety of clients under tight deadlines and within budget.
<br />She applies her knowledge of design, illustration, and iypography to tailor publications to vazious audiences (such as
<br />scientists, policy makers, the general public, elementary and middle school children), using graphic design to enhance
<br />communication. She has a thorough understanding of professional graphics soRware, digital file formats, and the
<br />prepazation of electronic files for professional print production and for Internet publication. Ms. Scheibner is proficient in
<br />.the use of InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Adobe Acrobat, Dreamweaver, Plash, and Powerpoint. She has had formal
<br />training in a wide variety of commercial and fne art disciplines in both traditional and digital media, including graphic

<br />Guidance Manual. Created 35 custom pencil drawings illustrating stormwater BMPs described in the text,
<br />Handbook for Developing Watershed Plans to Restore mrd Protect Our Waters. USEPA Office of Water.
<br />Designed and prepared for offset press a 2-color document of more than 380 pages illustrated with numerous
<br />custom graphics. Supervised a staff of desktop publishers for the book's layout and production.

<br />Stony Coral Rapid Bioassessment Protocol. USEPA/ORD. Designed, formatted and prepared for offset printing a
<br />60-page full color document, that included custom graphics and numerous full color photos.
<br />Low Impact Development Practices. USEPA and Earth Force. Created watercolor graphics illustrating water
<br />cycles, LID practices in amixed-use setting, and across-section of a rain garden. The water color illustrations
<br />were used for several purposes: ht signs permanently installed along EPA's demonstration rain gardens in
<br />Washington, D.C; in a display banner that hung in the US Botanic Garden's 2008 Sustainability Exhibit; in an
<br />educational tabletop display; in a PSA(ad campaign for RainScaping.org.
<br />DevelopingYaeer StonnwaterPollution Prevention Plan: A Guidefor Conservction Sites. USEPA. Developed the
<br />template, formatted and prepared for press a full color 46-page document that included numerous customs
<br />illustrations and graphics, photos, and tables. Supervised staff in the incorporation of revisions and edits.
<br />Citizen's Cneide to Water Quality in the Yazoo River Basin, Citizen's Guide to WaterQuality in the Pearl River
<br />Basin. Citizen's Guide to WaterQuality in the Pascagoula River Basin, Citizen's Guide to Water Quality in the
<br />Coastal Streams Basin, and Citizen's Guide to Water Quality in the Tombigbee and Tennessee River Basins. MS
<br />Department of Environmental Quality. Designed and formatted, created custom graphics and maps, and prepared
<br />for offset printing five 32-page full color guides to major watersheds in Mississippi.
<br />If?rat's Going Down with the Rain? HI Dept, of Health, Clean Water Branch and USEPA. Designed and prepared
<br />for offset printing a full color trifoid outreach brochure to mice public awareness and involvement in the
<br />prevention of polluted mnoff.
