We understand that county staff will be <br />taking the lead in this initiative. We have reviewed the Request for Proposals and its proposed Scope <br />of Services, and are prepared fo offer those services, as described in the RFP and in this proposal, <br />within a project budget of $30,000. <br />Not included within that project budget are (1) The involvement of Tetra Tech for any work other than <br />occasional consultation about environmental regulations and sources for illustrations; and (2) <br />Custom-drawn illustrations for the new UDO. Those services are available as options, and we would <br />be pleased to discuss possibilities. We have generalized graphics, and often photographs will work <br />well to illustrate a point. We are flexible. If selected to assist on this project, we would be pleased to <br />work with Orange County in making reasonable adjustments to the scope and budget as the county <br />sees fit to ensure that the county maximizes efficiencies in the project. <br />
