30 <br />UDO Assistance <br />North Carolina <br />Clarion routinely helps communities prepare Annotated Outlines as an initial step in preparing a <br />UDO. We'have found this to be an extremely useful approach to gain consensus on general <br />approaches prior to actually drafting ordinance language. We will be pleased to consult with <br />staff as work on an Annotated Outline proceedlCai Ann a1 d ~utiineewill n elude a summary of <br />from similar work in other communities.
