This rule <br />will also be applied to structures housing nonconforming uses. <br />Change of Tenancy or Ownership <br />This section will state that change of tenancy or ownership will not, in and of <br />itself, affect nonconformity status. <br />NONCONFORMING USES <br />This section will indude provisions dealing with existing uses that no <br />longer conform with the zoning district provisions where they are <br />located. The standards will deal with conversion of a nonconforming <br />use to a mole tesvicted nonconforming use, as well as the inability <br />to expand an existing nonconforming use.
