117 <br />Annotated Outline <br />SUBDIVISIONS <br />General Commentary: One of the primary goals for this UDO revision effort is to <br />increase the user-friendliness of the document Recent trends in land regulation <br />have led communities to establish unified development ordinances which <br />incorporate both the zoning and the subdivision regulations into a single <br />document Recent modifications to the General Statutes provide justification for <br />this kind of consolidation. Nong these lines, this chapter will include the <br />standards related to the subdivision of land and the provision of public utilities as <br />a part of new development The chapter will include provisions from the current <br />subdivision ordinance. The chapter will also include the standards and <br />procedures related to performance guarantees. <br />SUBDIVISIONS <br />This section will carry forward material from subdivision ordinance with <br />several minor changes.
