Section I <br />The Schools Facilities Task Force developed <br />a system to calculate capacity. Any changes <br />year to year will be monitored, reviewed, and <br />recorded by the SAPFOTAC on approved <br />forms distributed to SAPFO partners and <br />certified upon approval by the Board of <br />County Commissioners each year. <br />The requested 2009-10 capacity is noted on <br />Attachment I.B.4 <br />5. Recommendation -Accept school <br />The Schools Facilities Task Force developed a <br />system to calculate capacity. The group expressed <br />concern that Pre-K classes are not <br />accounted for incapacity and membership <br />numbers despite their increasing presence <br />within the elementary schools in the <br />district.
