2 <br />If the master plan revision and parking proposal is approved, the next step would be to move <br />forward with developing site plans and getting necessary permits and approvals. Bids would <br />then be requested for the work required. <br />FINANCIAL IMPACT: Funding is currently available within the Parks and Recreation capital <br />budgets. Initial cost estimates for this project are in the $22,000 - $25,000 range. No <br />additional funding is requested. <br />RECOMMENDATION(S): The Manager recommends that the Board approve the revised <br />Master Plan for Eurosport Soccer Center and authorize construction of the expanded Phase 2 <br />parking lot using existing capital funds. <br />
