Vote: ayes, 4; noes, 0. <br /> Agenda Item 12 C: Francis T. Hill Subdivision <br /> ( <br /> S The County Attorney reviewed a portion of the subdivision ordinance <br /> t <br /> t regarding roads. The Planning Director reviewed the proposed minor <br /> 3 <br /> 1 subdivision plan of Mrs. Francis T. Hill. Ms. Elizabeth McCrodden, <br /> i <br /> i Attorney, and a neighbor, Mr. Russell, spoke on behalf of Mrs. Hill 's <br /> request. <br /> 1 Commissioner Gustaveson moved, seconded by Commissioner Barnes, to <br /> i approve the Planning Board's recommendation to: a) bring the present <br /> 1 ruaa up to the County's standards for a "Class C private roaa, ano <br /> t <br /> b) provide in a road maintenance agreement that further subdivision of <br /> any surrounding tract which would create a lot or lots having access to <br /> g -3- <br />
