Mr. Dick Taylor and Mr. Wes Hare, <br /> members of the Human Services Advisory Commission, spoke in favor of <br /> the proposal. The Social Services Director answered questions concerning <br /> possible funding through the Social Services budget or through the <br /> -_ State. <br /> m The Board commended the work of the Human Services Advisory <br /> : i.
