;x . <br /> 464 <br /> Agenda Item 10: Eno River Group <br /> Mr. Stuart Barbour requested an opportunity to elaborate on grievances <br /> against the State concerning the planning of the Eno River State Park in <br /> Orange County. Mr. Barbour was requested to submit those grievances <br /> in writing in order to give the Board an opportunity to review his <br /> grievances along with the policy statement previously adopted by the <br /> Board of Commissioners. <br /> Dr. Lang, Claude B. Williams, Jr. and his partner, Mrs. Ann Zener <br /> and Mr. Phil Busby spoke in opposition to condemnation proceedings in <br /> connection with the Eno River State Park in Orange County. Mrs. Nell <br /> Andrews and Mrs. Josephine Barbour also spoke in opposition to State <br /> actions concerning the planning of the Park. <br /> The Board requested all persons submit their grievances in writing. <br /> Agenda Item 13: CBA and JJDP Funding <br /> 3 <br /> Mr. Harold Rogerson spoke on behalf of the Youth Services Needs <br /> f Task Force concerning recommendations for the allocation of CBA and <br /> ' JJDP funds in Orange County for the coming fiscal year. <br /> Mr. Hank Magestic spoke on behalf of the Phillips Project. <br /> { The Board requested Mr. Joe Bradshaw obtain further information <br /> concerning the flexibility of the CBA grant application to be reported <br /> at the May 27th meeting. <br /> Agenda Item 15: Budget Amendments <br /> Commissioner Gustaveson moved, seconded by Commissioner Willhoit, <br /> to approve the budget amendments for change orders at the Human Services <br /> Center and budget amendments for the following departments: Elections, <br /> Administration, Purchasing and Central Services, Tax Supervisor, Data <br /> Processing, Social Services - Administration, Social Services, - Day Care, <br /> Social Services - AFDC, Support Enforcement, Recreation, Shelter Homes, <br /> Commission for Women, School Capital Projects, County Buildings Capital <br /> — Projects, Central Services and Commissioners.
