Attachment 2 5 <br />PROPOSED AMENDMENTS TO THE BYLAWS OF THE ORANGE <br />COUNTY HUMAN RELATIONS COMMISSION <br />THE ORANGE COUNTY BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS ORDAINS: <br />1. SECTION VI, MEETINGS be amended to read as follows: <br />Regular meetings of the Commission shall be held at least four times a year on the second <br />Monday evening of eae~ the month except when, by majority vote of a quorum present at <br />any previous meeting; a regular meeting date may be changed or a meeting can be <br />cancelled. <br />2. All provisions of any county ordinance in conflict with these amendments are repealed. <br />3. This amendments to these bylaws shall become effective upon adoption. <br />
