Said election shall <br /> be held pursuant to the relevant provisions of NC General Statutes §69-25.1, <br /> et seq. and NC General Statutes §163-1, et seq. Vote: ayes, 5; noes, 0. <br /> Commissioner Walker moved, seconded by Commissioner Gustaveson, <br /> to request the Board of Elections hold a referendum at the earliest possible <br /> time within statutory requirements. Vote: ayes, 5; noes, 0. <br /> Mr. John Watkins responded to Commissioner Willhoit's earlier <br /> inquiry about the paving of Lexington Circle And reported on activities <br /> in the Wildcat Creek subdivision. <br /> Agenda Item 7: Birchwood Lake Estates <br /> Commissioner Gustaveson moved, seconded by Commissioner Walker, <br /> to acknowledge receipt of a secondary road investigation report from the <br /> 'F• Department of Transportation which deletes two cul-de-sacs, Chestnut <br /> Lane and Crabapple Lane, from a previous report approved by the Board of <br /> • Commissioners at its March 18th meeting.
