Vote: ayes, 5; <br /> £ noes, 0. <br /> Agenda Item 4: Utility Billing Request <br /> Ms. Rachel Stevens appeared on behalf of the Hillsborough Town Board <br /> to request the County develop a utility billing system and process the <br /> Town's water bills.
