Moreover the increased <br />cost to the Solid Waste Sanitation Division for <br />delivering C & D like materials to the MSW landfill is <br />approximately $19,500 per year, with $1,310 for each <br />additional month thereafter. The State can impose a <br />maximum administrative penalty of $15,000 per day for <br />non - compliance with the C & D definition.
