2 <br />FINANCIAL IMPACT: Funds in the amount of $1.1 MM have been budgeted for this project, <br />which includes both phases of construction, furnishings, equipment and design fees. $442,667 <br />has been spent to date on Phase I design and construction. The Basic Services for this attached <br />professional services contract total $61,300, and are included in the overall budget. The Basic <br />Services include fees for programming & development, preliminary schematic design work, the <br />developmental design drawings, construction documents, and construction administration. <br />RECOMMENDATION(S): The Manager recommends the Board approve and authorize the <br />Chair to sign the contract engaging Corley, Redfoot, Zack, Inc. as the Designer for Link <br />Government Services Center Phase II. <br />
