The Board authorized work not to exceed $575,000 for Phase II, which will include <br />development of a Board meeting room and technology associated with its operation as well as <br />restroom and HVAC upgrades necessary to support the more intensive use of this facility. <br />Corley, Redfoot, Zack Architects ("CRZ") provided the Phase I design and construction <br />documentation and is now prepared to continue design work for Phase II. CRZ will be supported <br />by Reece, Noland & McElrath Engineers for the mechanical, electrical and plumbing design <br />work necessary. <br />The following table depicts the design and construction activities and estimated completion <br />dates.
