CHANGE RESOLUTION <br />Whereas, North Cazolina General Statutes 105-325 empowers the Boazd of County <br />Commissioners to order changes to tax records after the Boazd of Equalization and Review has <br />adjourned; and <br />Whereas, the Boazd of Equalization and Review has adjourned for the year 2008. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY <br />CONIlVIISSIONERS OF ORANGE COUNTY THAT the recommended property tax value changes are <br />ordered. <br />Upon motion duly made and seconded, the foregoing resolution was passed by the following <br />votes: <br />I, Donna Baker, Clerk to the Boazd of Commissioners for the County of Orange, North <br />Cazolina, DO HEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing has been cazefully copied from the recorded <br />m' utes of the Boazd of Commissioners for said County at a regulaz meeting of said Boazd held on <br />said record having been made in the Minute Book of the minutes of said Boazd, and is <br />a true copy of so much of said proceedings of said Boazd as relates in any way to the passage of the <br />resolution described in said proceedings. <br />WITNESS my hand and the corporate seal of said County, this 3 day of <br />2010 <br />1 k to the B d of Commissioners <br />
