~ 2 p - ~oC~~ - I S ~ ~~ Human Services Offices ~ Clinics at Hillsborough Commons Capital Project Ordinance Be it ordained by the Orange County Board of County Commissioners that pursuant to Section 13.2 of Chapter 159 of the General Statutes of North Carolina, the following capital project is hereby adopted. Section 1. The project authorized provides funds for the upfit and renovation of approximately 56,000 square feet of space previously occupied by Wal-Mart, Inc. at the Hillsborough Commons Shopping Center for use by the Department of Social Services. Reimbursements from the N.C. Department of Health and Human Services (North Carolina Division of Social Services), and owner reimbursements finance this project. Section 2. The officers of the County are hereby directed to proceed with the project within the budget contained herein. Section 3.
