Vote: <br /> ayes, 5; noes, 0. <br /> Ms. Josephine Barbour asked the Board about the outcome of <br /> correspondence with the State concerning the Red Hill Site. <br /> Agenda Item 3: Minutes <br /> Commissioner Barnes moved, seconded by Commissioner Willhoit, <br /> to approve the minutes of March 10, 1980, as submitted. Vote: ayes, 5; <br /> noes, 0. <br /> Agenda Item 6: Kempa Acres Subdivision <br /> The Planning Director reviewed the Planning Board's recommendation <br /> concerning the preliminary plan of Kempa Acres Subdivision. The Planning <br /> Board recommended turnarounds be required for driveways, as backing out <br /> could cause a hazardous condition. <br /> Commissioner Walker moved, seconded by Commissioner Barnes, to <br /> approve the preliminary plan of Kempa Acres Subdivision as recommended <br /> by the Planning Board. Vote: ayes, 5; noes, 0. <br /> Agenda Item 7: Health Department Program Review <br /> The Health Director gave the Board a status report of the programs <br /> the Health Department is currently conducting. <br />
