This item <br /> was referred to the Planning Staff. <br /> Agenda Item 8• Extension of Water and Sewer Services <br /> The Board requested the County Manager and County Attorney discus's <br /> with representatives of the Town of Hillsborough the figures for man-hours <br /> and equipment costs contained in the contract for extension of water and <br /> sewer services to the Brady site along with the changes Hillsborough has <br /> recommended in Section VIII of the contract. It was the consensus of the <br /> Board to authorize execution of the contract in its original form. <br /> Agenda Item 9• Northern Fairview <br /> Commissioner Barnes moved, seconded by Commissioner Gustaveson, to <br /> move into executive session to discuss with the County Attorney an <br /> update on the County's contractual position concerning the Northern Fairview <br /> project.
