Commissioner Barnes requested this meeting be postponed <br /> until the Board had completed its at large appointments to this committee. <br /> Commissioner Willhoit agreed to postpone the meeting date. <br /> • Agenda Item 20: Health Department - Meritorious Work <br /> Commissioner Gustaveson moved, seconded by Commissioner Barnes, <br /> to send a letter expressing the Board's thanks and appreciation for <br /> the Health Department's efforts above and beyond the call of duty in <br /> dealing with the measles problem. Vote: ayes, 5; noes, 0. <br /> Agenda Item 15: Appointments to Hillsborough Planning Board & <br /> Hillsborough Board of.Aajustment <br /> Commissioner Gustaveson nominated Ms. Josephine Holman and Mr. William <br /> Gaede to serve on the Hillsborough Planning Board. Commissioner Whitted <br /> nominated Mr. Arthur Plambeck to serve on the Hillsborough Planning Board. <br /> Commissioner Willhoit nominated Mr. Arthur Plambeck to serve on the Hillsborough <br /> { Board of Adjustment. Commissioner Whitted withdrew his nomination of <br /> Mr. Plambeck to the Hillsborough Planning Board. Commissioner Walker <br /> nominated Mr. Leon Waters; however, no resume had been received from Mr. Waters. <br /> The Board had no resumes submitted from the south side of Hillsborough <br /> and left one opening on the Hillsborough Planning Board so that all <br /> geographic areas could have a representative appointed. <br /> There being no further nominations, Commissioner Willhoit moved, seconded <br /> by Commissioner Barnes, to appoint Ms. Josephine Holman and Mr. William <br /> Gaede to the Hillsborough Planning Board. Vote: ayes., 5; noes, 0. <br /> The Board nominated Mr . C. U. Moore and Mr. George Corbett to <br /> serve on the Hillsborough Board of Adjustment. <br /> There being no further nominations, Commissioner Willhoit moved, <br /> seconded by Commissioner Barnes, to appoint Arthur Plambeck to the <br /> Hillsborough Board of Adjustment.
