Commissioner Gustaveson moved, seconded by Commissioner Wailer, to approve a Resolution Approving the Issuance by the Orange County Industrial Facilities and Pollution Control Financing Authority of its Industrial Revenue Bond (W.H. Brady Co. Project) in the Principal Amount of $2,000,000 to Finance an Industrial Project for W. H. Brady Co. Vote: ayes, 5; noes, 0. For copy of this resolution, see page 302 of this book. Agenda Item 6: Seven Mile Falls Subdivision The Planning Director reviewed the preliminary plan of Seven Mile Falls. The owner and Mr. Robert Steele,Attorney, were present to answer questions. Commissioner Gustaveson moved, seconded by Commissioner Barnes, to approve the preliminary plan of Seven Mile Falls subject to the Planning Board's recommendation that there should be a drainage easement along the stream 2 feet above the top of the stream bank and with the following phrase written on the plat: " The building of structures is prohibited on this strip pursuant to Section IV-B-8 of the Orange County Subdivision Regulations", with the additional stipulation that lots 2 and 3 have a common entrance on Dimmocks Mill Road, that lots 4 and 5 have a common entrance on Dimmocks Mill Road and that lots 6 and 7 have a common entrance on Dimmocks Mill Road. Vote: ayes, Commissioners Gustaveson, Barnes, Willhoit and Whitted; noes, Commissioner Walker. Agenda Item 7: Public Hearing-February 25, 1980 It was the consensus of the Board to consider the following new articles to the County Land Use Ordinance at the public hearing of February 25, 1980: Article 1-General Provisions, Article 2-Administrative Mechanisms.
