The Health Department has a standing agreement with UNC Labs for <br />reference tests such as these based on the Medicare reimbursement rate. Iga and Ttg are <br />laboratory tests that are recommended practice for screening for celiac disease. Urine micro- <br />albumin and Free T3 are used in the provision of primary care. The urine toxicology screen will <br />be used in the prenatal program. The fees would apply to patients on a sliding fee scale. It is <br />expected that there will be no more than 10 of these tests in any given year. <br />There is one new vaccine fee - Tdap (tetanus, diphtheria and pertussis). Because of State <br />budget cuts to the universal vaccine program, this vaccine that can only be given to 6th graders <br />
