Vote: ayes, 5; noes, 0. <br /> Agenda Item 8: Request of University Auto Su ply Company <br /> The Tax Supervisor explained he had written a letter to University <br /> Auto Supply Company inviting them to appear before the Board to present <br /> their request for a tax release. He said he had received no reply from <br /> the company. <br /> Commissioner Willhoit moved, seconded by Commissioner Gustaveson, to <br /> deny the request of University Auto Supply Company for the release of <br /> late list charges affixed to its 1979 tax bill. Vote: ayes, 5; noes, 0. <br /> Agenda Item 9: Appeal of Herb Holland <br /> The Tax Supervisor explained Herb Holland was recovering from an <br /> operation and would not be able to attend this meeting. He recommended the <br /> valuation of Mr. Holland's furniture, fixtures and office equipment for 1978 <br /> be reduced from $14,000 to $10,000. <br /> Commissioner Walker moved, seconded by Commissioner Gustaveson, to <br /> reduce Herb Holland's personal property tax valuation for 1978 from $14,000 <br /> to $10,000.
