Vote: ayes, 4; noes, 0. <br />The Board requested further information an how other appointments <br />were made to the Orange JOCCA Board. <br />Agenda Item 116: A ointment to Youth Services Needs Task Farce <br />The Chairman announced Ms. Joan Holland, Orange-Person-Chatham <br />Coordinator of Children's Services, and O-P-C representative on the <br />Youth Services Needs Task Force, had resigned. The Chairman announced <br />i he had received a letter from the Director of O-P-C requesting Dr. David.Loven <br />be appointed to replace Ms. Holland on the Youth Services Needs Task Force. <br />I <br />Commissioner Willhoit moved, seconded by Commissioner Barnes, to <br />appoint Dr. Qavid Loven to the Youth Services Needs Task Force. <br />Vote: ayes, 4; noes, 0. - <br />Agenda Item 12: public Hearing <br />Commissioner Barnes moved, seconded by Commissioner Willhoit, to <br />reschedule the quarterly public hearing with the Planning Board to <br />December 18, I979. Vote: ayes, 4; noes, 0. <br />Agenda Item 13: Chan ~ Order-Northern Fairview <br />Commissioner Willhoit moved, seconded by Commissioner Barnes, to <br />accept the Manager's recommendation to approve Change Order No. 4, amending <br />the contract with Billings and Garrett to perform sewer and water improvements <br />in the Northern Fairview area, which adds $5,943.30 to the tantract and <br />which can be funded with grant monies already allocated.
