.Agenda Item 17: Public Hearing on November .26 <br />The Board offered no items for the agenda of the joint quarterly <br />public hearing with the Planning Board to be conducted November 26, 1979. <br />Agenda Item 18: Items Relating to the Bond Issue <br />Commissioner Willhoit said the advertisement in the News of Orange <br />s concerning the bond issue contained misleading and inaccurate information <br />and deceptive school enrollment figures. <br />Agenda Item 19: Cancellation of November 26th Meetin <br />Commissioner Barnes moved, seconded by Commissioner Walker, to <br />give the Board a Thanksgiving Holiday and to cancel the Navc~nber 26th <br />meeting. Vote: ayes, 5; noes, 0. <br />The Board directed the Planning Director to get in touch ti~ith <br />the agent of the person with a rezoning request scheduled far the <br />public hearing on November 26th and notify him that the public <br />hearing will be conducted on December 17th in a special meeting <br />of this Board with the Planning Board. <br />Agenda Item 20: Recommendation of HSAC <br />Commissioner Barnes requested the Board consider discussing at the 3rd <br />Tuesday meeting in November an agenda item concerning the recorrsnendations <br />from the Human Services Advisory Council regarding funding for Rape <br />Crisis, Coalition for Battered Women and Women's Health Counseling Service. <br />Since Commissioner Gustaveson will be out of town for the 3rd Tuesday <br />meeting, the Board scheduled this item 'f or the December 3rd agenda. <br />Commissioner Barnes requested the Clerk notify the Chair af' the <br />Human Services Advisory Council, Women's Commission, Rape Crisis Center, <br />Coalition for Battered Women and Women's Health Counseling that the <br />fu11 Commission will not be present for the third Tuesday meeting, <br />so this item has been set for the 1st Monday meeting in December. <br />~ There being no further business to come before the Board, <br />Commissioner Barnes moved, seconded by Commissioner Whitted, that <br />the meeting be adjourned.
