Agenda Item 5: Road Matter <br />Commissioner Gustaveson moved, seconded by Commissioner Walker, <br />to approve the Department of Transportation's recommendation to add <br />Country Lane Drive and Dickson Mill Road to the State Highway system. -.- <br />Vote: ayes, 5; noes, 0. <br />~ Agenda Item 6: Resolution Authorizing the Use of <br />Facsimile~5i natures <br />Commissioner Gustaveson moved, seconded by Commissioner Walker, to <br />approve the Resolution Authorizing the Use of Facsimile Signatures. <br />Vote: ayes, 5; noes; 0. For copy of this resolution, see page 80 of <br />this book. <br />Agenda Items 7 & 8: Budget_Amendments <br />Commissioner Willhait moved, seconded by Commissioner Barnes, <br />to approve an appropriation of $3,500 for bond education expenses and <br />to approve the appropriate budget amendment so that salary for temporary <br />EP15 personnel could be taken out of lapsed salary for positions authorized <br />but not yet filled. <br />Commissioner Walker requested the Board delay amending the budget <br />for bond education expenses until the actual amount was calculated. <br />Commissioner Willhoit moved, seconded by Commissioner Barnes, <br />to amend his original motion so that EMS personnel salary ($2,250) <br />could be taken out of lapsed salary and that the appropriation of <br />$287,781 from the Schools Capital Fund for Orange County Schools be <br />approved. Uote: ayes, 5; noes, 0. See page 81 of this book. <br />Agenda Item 9: Bid Results <br />The Manager subrnitted the following bid results for professional <br />services to conduct a County-wide revaTu~tion: <br />A.
