Both are originally signed by Orange County. The Subordination <br />Deed will need to be completed incident to its recording. I look forward to receiving the title insurance <br />policy(ies) updated to reflect the HOME program transaction and the repair of the Orange <br />County affordable housing bond portion of the transaction. <br />With a copy of this letter to Tara Fikes I am enclosing the original of the Amendment to <br />Promissory Note (related to the housing bond program loan) and the original of the HOME <br />program Development Agreement. With a copy of this letter to Donna Baker I am enclosing a <br />copy of the HOME program loan agreement.
