Vote: ayes, 4; noes, 0. <br />Agenda Item lOF: Subcommittee on Joint Plannin <br />The Chairman told the Board Commissioner Barnes wished to be relieved <br />of her appointment to the Subcommittee on Joint Planning. <br />Commissioner Walker moved, seconded by Commissioner Gustaveson, <br />to appoint Gommissioner Willhoit to serve in Co~nissioner Barnes stead. <br />Vote: ayes, Commissioners Whitted, Walker and Gustaveson. Noes, 0. <br />Commissioner Willhoit was out of the roam at the time of the vote. <br />Agenda Item 11A: preliminar Plan _ Walnut Cove Subdivision <br />Mr. Gordon Mitchell was present to answer questions an behalf of the <br />owner. He presented the Board with a signed road maintenance agreement which <br />had been approved by the County Attorney. <br />Commissioner Walker moved, seconded by Commissioner Gustaveson, <br />to adopt the Planning Board's recommendation to approve the Walnut <br />Cove preliminary plan with a stipulation that an additional 30 foot <br />drainage easement be shown on the plat. Vote: ayes, ~; noes, 0. <br />Agenda Item 11B: Areawide Housin 0 ortunities Plan <br />Commissioner Gustaveson moved, seconded by Commissioner Willhoit, <br />to approve the Planning Board's recommendation to enact a resolution <br />which states the County will participate in the Areawide Housing <br />Opportunity Plan.
