f~ <br />Agenda Item 10 A & B: Appointments to Chapel Hi11.Board of <br />• Adjustment <br />The Chairman announced the term of James Bullard had expired on <br />the Chapel Hi11 Board of Adjustment and that Mr. Bullard desired to be <br />reappointed. <br />Commissioner Gustaveson moved, seconded by Commissioner Willhoit, <br />to reappoint Mr. James Bullard to a three year term on the Chapel. Hill <br />Board of Adjustment. Vote: ayes, 4; noes, 0. <br />The Chairman announced the term of Mr. Stanley Weidenkopf had <br />expired on the Chapel Hill Board of Adjustment and that Mr. Weidenkopf did not <br />wish to be reappointed. <br />The Clerk notified the Board Mr. Velverton Land, who had been <br />appointed to the Orange County Board of Adjustment last month, did not <br />accept that appointment but that Mr. Land wished to be appointed to <br />the Chapel Hill Board of Adjustment. <br />Commissioner Gustaveson moved, seconded by Commissioner Willhoit, <br />to appoint Velverton Land to a three year term on the Chapel Hill Board <br />of Adjustment. Vote: ayes, 4; noes, 0. <br />Agenda Item lOC: Vacanc on Oran a Count Board of Adjustment <br />The Chairman announced there was one vacancy, First Alternate, <br />on the Orange County Board of Adjustment since the person who was <br />appointed September- 4th did not accept the appointment. <br />Agenda Item lOD: Appointment to OWASA,Board of Trustees <br />Commissioner Gustaveson moved, seconded by Commissioner Gustaveson, <br />to reappoint Mrs. Flora Garrett to the OWASA Board of Trustees for another <br />three year term. Vote: ayes, 4; noes, 0. <br />Agenda Item 10E: Appointments, to Energy Conservation Commission <br />Commissioner Gustaveson moved, seconded by Commissioner Willhoit, <br />to amend the Resolution Establishing the Energy Conservation Commission <br />to allow the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill to appoint a -- <br />representative to the Commission, increasing to ten the total number of <br />voting members. Vote: ayes, 4; noes, 0. <br />
