Resolution Endorsing the No-Build Alternative for Elizabeth Brady Road <br /> Extension <br /> The Board considered approving a resolution to the North Carolina Department of <br /> Transportation endorsing the no-build alternative for Elizabeth Brady Road Extension, <br /> Transportation Improvement Program Project Number U-3808. <br /> Transportation Planner Karen Lincoln introduced this item. She said that the North <br /> Carolina Department of Transportation in November released the Draft Environmental Impact <br /> Statement for this project and held a public hearing on December 71h. NCDOT will accept <br /> written comments until January 71h. The Town of Hillsborough adopted a resolution at its <br /> meeting last night endorsing the No-Build Option (pink sheet). <br />
