Cedar Grove Fire Department. <br />Commissioner Gustaveson moved, seconded by Commissioner Walker, <br />Mr. Curtis Bradsher, Mr. Wilfred L. Phelps and Mr. Larry Poole be <br />appointed to the Board of Trustees for the Cedar Grove Fire pepartment <br />subject to the approval of the Fire Commissioner. Vote: ayes, 5; noes, 0. <br />The Fire Commissioner stated he had no objection to the <br />appointments. <br />Agenda Item 5E: Appointments to Land Title Records Advisor Gommittee <br />Commissioner Whitted announced Angela Bryant had resignad from <br />the Land Title Records Advisory Committee, creating one vacancy on <br />that Committee. <br />Commissioner Gustaveson moved, seconded by Commissioner Walker, <br />to accept the Register of Deeds' recommendation that David M. Ganly <br />be appointed to the Land Title Records Advisory Committee. Vote: <br />ayes, 5; noes, 0. <br />Agenda Ttem 5F: A ointment to Health & Medical Care Advisor Counci <br />Mr. Bill McCormick and Mr. Lindsey Efland were nominated to fill the <br />vacancy on the Health and Medical Care Advisory Council. There being <br />no further nominations, Commissioner Gustaveson moved, Seconded by <br />Commissioner Willhoit to appoint Mr. Bill McCormick to fill the <br />vacancy-on the Health and Medical Care Advisory Council, term to expire <br />April, 1982. Commissioners Barnes, Willhoit, Gustaveson and Whitted <br />voted for Mr. McCormick. Commissioner Walker voted for Mr. Efland. <br />Agenda ltem 5G: Appointment of Tax Supervisor <br />The Manager told the Board that the term of the Tax Supervisor <br />had expired on June 30th and recommended Mr. Bi11 Laws be reappointed <br />to that office. <br />Commissioner Willhoit moved, seconded by Commissioner Gustaveson, <br />to reappoint Mr. Bill Laws to the Office of Tax Supervisor.
