Commissioner Willhoit requested the staff notify Chapel Hi11 of the problems Mr. Landers was experiencing with duplicate house numbers and of having a clinic located next to his residence. Agenda Item 66: Tax Valuation of Mary Jones Walker Commissioner Willhoit moved, seconded by Commissioner Barnes, to accept the Tax Supervisor's recommendation to set $6p,300 as the approved value of prgperty owned by Mary Jones Walker (Tax map 1, block C, lot 32A). Vote: ayes, 4; noes, 0. Agenda Item 6A: Tax Valuation~of Campus Christian Fellowship, Commissioner Willhoit moved, seconded by Commissioner Barnes, to approve the Tax Supervisor'; recommendation that certain real property at 204 Glenburnie, in Chapel Hill, owned by Campus Christian Fellowship, be exempted from local property tax. Vote: ayes, 4; noes, 0. Agenda Item 8: Discussion of September 5th,Agenda The Chairman announced a joint meeting with Chapel Hill Town Council would be he]d September 5, 1979, at 7:30 p.m., in the Commissioners Room, Orange County Courthouse, in Hillsborough. Commissioner Barnes suggested a letter be sent to the Mayor and members of the Town Council suggesting discussion of the joint planning issue paper prepared by County planning staff 6e on the agen~!a and, if time permits, discussion of landfill fees and ask whether Chapel Hill has items to add to the proposed agenda. It was the consensus of the Board that the Chairman would send such a letter to the Mayor: Agenda Item 9: Announcement Commissioner Barnes announced the Mental Health Association had invited Board members to participate in a pot luck to be held September 19th at Hope Rice's at 311 Clayton Road, 6:30 p.m. There being no further business, Commissioner Willhoit moved, seconded by Commissioner Barnes, the meeting be adjourned.
