Commissioner Willhoit moved, seconded by Commissioner Barnes, to accept the Planning Board's recommendation to grant a variance from having to upgrade the private read from Class "C" to Class "B" private road standards for the minor subdivision of Tony R. and Patricia M. Commissioner Whitted said the Board would take Mr. Berini's appeal into consideration, consult with the Tax Supervisor and notify Mr. Berini of the Board's decision within the next 30 days.
