Frankstone, Attorney, requested permission, on behalf of <br />Bolin Forest associates, to disinter, re+~~o•,~e and minter unmar!:ed and unknolrn <br />graves located on the property r°ecorded in plat book 2$, page 103, <br />Orarlye County P.egistry, in Chapel Hill Tolvrrsil•ip, in accordance with the <br />requirements cf PAC GS 66•-13- He explained the procedure his clients intended <br />to f0?1G':J in reint^ring the graves, employing a licenced funeral director <br />or• professional gravedigger to perr"orrn the actual wort: under the supervision <br />of the Orange County Health Depar't;nent and reentering separate rather than <br />common graves at a location on the property near two knor•m graves. at his <br />client's expense. r~r.
