31 <br />X12. Payments <br />a. Payments of grant f•~nds must be requested by the Grantee using Agency "Request <br />for Advance Payment and Request -or reimbursement" at least on a monthly basis. <br />Bash advances shall ba Irrrrited to the minimum amounts needed to s~,appori 30 days <br />aF anticipated expenses.
