13 <br />Work Plan ~- ~`imeline <br />The grant funds will be used to support training and field activities tha# include <br />sustainable soil and water managemen#, insect, disease, and weed <br />management, applied fruit and berry research, business planning, and <br />development of en#erprise budgets far new and diversifying farmers_ In addition, <br />the PLANT ~ Breeze program will contract with apart-#ime mentor #armer to <br />reinfarce the mentaring capacity of the program and allovu for targeted expansion <br />of trainings and warkshops. <br />Support far apprentice farmers included field prepara#ian, fertilization with and <br />incorparation of litter, field preparation for bedding. as well as bed shaping with <br />drip tape; with !without plastic.
