3 <br />b. other legal services ("other legal services") as <br />requested from time to time by the County attorney or the County <br />attorney's designee. <br />2. ATTORNEYS shall provide COUNTY with consultation <br />services for a fixed fee of $25,000.00 for the term, payable in <br />amounts of $2,038.33 per month, the first such monthly payment <br />to be made by wire transfer to ATTORNEYS on or before January <br />25, 2010 and each subsequent monthly payment to be made by wire <br />transfer to ATTORNEYS on or before the 15th of each month, <br />commencing on February 15, 2010. Other legal services as <br />requested from time to time by the County attorney shall be <br />provided at an hourly rate of $175.00. ATTORNEYS shall itemize <br />the other legal services work performed by them in a monthly <br />statement and invoice payable by COUNTY upon receipt. <br />3. ATTORNEYS shall account to COUNTY for other legal <br />services performed by ATTORNEYS to the extent other legal <br />services are provided by ATTORNEYS and to the extent ATTORNEYS <br />do not provide consultation services to COUNTY equal to 3 hours <br />per week. This accounting shall be in the form of credits to <br />COUNTY, one hour of consultation services less than three in a <br />week equal to one hour of other legal services, which credits <br />shall be applied by ATTORNEYS in other legal services monthly <br />statements and invoices. The obligation of ATTORNEYS to account <br />to COUNTY for legal services as provided herein terminates with <br />2 <br />
