Rezone a 46,500 square foot portion of the subject property from Existing <br />Commercial Five (EC-5) to Agricultural Residential (AR), and <br />~ b. Rezone a 46,500 square foot portion of the subject property, contently utilized to <br />support a commercial landscaping operation, from Agricultural Residential (AR) to <br />~ Existing Commercial Five (EC-S) (Please refer to attached map) <br />~ The Orange County Board of Commissioners are scheduled to review this request during a <br />PUBLIC HEARING scheduled for February 23, 2009 at 7:30 p.m. to be held at the Central <br />! Orange Senior Center located at.103 Meadowlands Drive iu Hillsborough, North Carolina. <br />According to • County Tax Records, you own property within five hundred (500) feet of the <br />property., As a result, you have the right to express any and all concerns, or support, concerning <br />this request. This Notice is being sent to inform you of the rezoning request and invite you to <br />• attend the PUBLIC HEARING on February 23, 2009.
