<br />In accordance with the Ordinance, the Board hereby makes the following findings as to
<br />the den~a! of the Application:
<br />1. That pursuant to Section 20.3.2 (e} of the Ordinance, the Board finds that the

<br />Comprehensive Plan or part thereof.
