Furthermore, our <br />team has a wealth of operational resources at its disposal to ensure successful project completion. <br />Available resources include the following: <br />• An in-house Geographic Information Systems (GIS) team <br />• A robust proprietary project management software program <br />• Oracle e-business suite software for tracking and reporting of all fmancial data <br />• Deep in-house teams of personnel who are available to provide engineering, administrative, <br />legal, regulatory, accounting and other specialized support <br />• A pool ofpre-approved external contractors for assistance with highly specialized project <br />requirements. <br />e) Key personnel proposed as project team members, including detailed resumes. Clearly identify <br />sub consultants, if proposed, with similar information. <br />ATC's general consulting services and tower development activities would be performed primarily by <br />seasoned employees based in our Cary, North Carolina office facility. Specific personnel resumes will <br />be provided at a later point, once the project's parameters and needs are more firmly established. In <br />short, ATC would designate one lead project manager who would remain as the County's key point of <br />contact once the project commences. Prior to project commencement, ATC's Stephen Baker (contact <br />information above; resume attached) is to remain the County's primary contact. <br />f) Examples of specific knowledge, expertise and project management experience related to this <br />type of project. <br />ATC is uniquely qualified to be the County's partner for the subject project. ATC has been <br />constructing, owning, operating, managing and maintaining wireless communication tower facilities <br />since 1995. During its existence, ATC has been an industry leader in all facets of its core business. As <br />described more fully on the cover letter enclosed herein, ATC's fmancial strength, operational <br />excellence, carrier relationships and local knowledge are the prime tenets which differentiate our <br />proposal from others. As described above (see <br />cover letter), ATC owns and operates over 980 communications sites in the State of North Carolina, 15 <br />of which are within Orange County. Our ongoing project primarily involve: (a) upgrading existing <br />wireless communication tower facilities to accommodate additional users; and (b) developing new <br />wireless communication tower facilities. <br />h) References of at least three clients for which your firm has provided similar professional <br />services. <br />ATC has ongoing favorable landlord /tenant relationships with local, regional and federal <br />governmental agencies.
