Staff received no additional questions; however, <br />this memo outlines responses to board members' previous questions. <br />Commissioner Yuhasz <br />Location: Attachment 1, Budget as Amended Spreadsheet <br />Question: Should the third column of the table reflect Budget as Amended Through BOA #5? <br />(Some rows otherwise do not add up.) <br />Response: There was a formula error within the first and third columns on the spreadsheet, but it <br />did not have any impact on the "Budget As Amended Through BOA #5" column totals. A <br />corrected spreadsheet is included in the December 15 agenda packet. <br />Commissioner Gordon <br />Question 1: "Carry Forwards" for which the fund balance request is $1,988,442 (p. 5 and pp. 14 <br />&15). I was not aware of that it was our practice to authorize "carry forwards" in this way. The FY 06-07 Carryforward Appropriation from Fund <br />Balance December 2008 was $1,439,166.
