o R p - aooq - ~ 87 <br />Justice Center Facility <br />Capital Project Ordinance <br />Be it ordained by the Orange County Board of County Commissioners that pursuant to Section <br />13.2 of Chapter 159 of the General Statutes of North Carolina, the following capital project <br />ordinance is hereby adopted. <br />Section 1. The project authorized provides funds for the construction of an addition to the <br />Justice Center. This amendment provides for a transfer of sales tax proceeds of <br />$137,009 from the Emergency Services Relocation at Meadowlands Capital Project <br />to this project to cover project costs. <br />Section 2. The officers of the County are hereby directed to proceed with the project within the <br />total budget contained herein. <br />Section 3.
