"Your IP Communications - Convergence Partner" <br />Relational <br />Technology Soht#lons <br />Orange County Government shall assume all responsibility of equipment and vendors not covered under this <br />contract (e.g., WAN carrier(s) and other infrastructure equipment). This responsibility Includes, but is not <br />limited to, system performance, maintenance, and reliability. While RTS will consult with Orange County and <br />its other vendors for the purpose of isolating and resolving performance issues, any configuration and/or <br />equipment changes required will be the responsibility of Orange County Government. <br />RTS will accommodate changes In the sequence of the different phases with the understanding that all <br />parties provide ample notice in advance of a change. RTS will indicate In advance if the phase change would <br />require a change order.
