� <br />elmilchid <br />TechnalogySolutions <br />"Your IP Communications - Convergence Partner" <br />EXHIBIT C <br />Executive Overview <br />The following is a brief description of the services to be quoted to Orange County on quote number ORD- <br />22047-XWW7HF. This work will be largely performed on -site of, ORANGE COUNTY Government at various <br />sites in Hillsborough, North Carolina. <br />RTS will provide labor and project management for the implementation of new Power Over Ethernet (POE) <br />HP Data equipment and a new Avaya Communication Manager voice system. RTS will not be required to <br />provide any materials (rack hardware, patch cables, etc.) for this project. <br />HP Data Equipment Upgrade <br />RTS Communications (RTS) will bench prepare and install thirty-nine (39) Hewlett-Packard (HP) Ethernet <br />switches as designed in existing ORANGE COUNTY offices and the newly constructed "Office Building ". <br />Switches will replace existing Cisco equipment which will be removed from the facilities and returned to a <br />COUNTY provided central depot In Hillsborough. <br />This new infrastructure will be configured to work with existing COUNTY HP Ethernet switches, routing <br />equipment and the new Avaya Communication Manager IP Voice system (via the implementation of a new <br />"Voice" vlan). RTS will consult on the layout, design, location, and IP schema for this portion of the project, <br />but those specifications will ultimately be the decision of ORANGE COUNTY management. <br />Any non - standard connections or configurations will be the responsibility of ORANGE COUNTY. <br />CM5 Hardware 1 Software Upgrade <br />RTS will install and configure the Avaya Communication Manager (ACM) S85001S8300 Media Servers, and <br />G450 and G430 Media Gateways at ORANGE COUNTY facilities to provide a redundant voice system. <br />Three (3) DS1 interfaces will be installed and configured with the customer's telecom vendor. Additionally, <br />RTS will worts with the COUNTY's current vendor to network existing voice equipment via two PRI circuits <br />providing "tie -line" connectivity between the existing Norte[ 61C and the new Avaya CM system. <br />RTS will remove existing Nortel telephones as each site is converted to the ACM voice system: Also, RTS <br />will provide labor to remove the Nortel Option 61 C at the completion of the project. RTS will be responsible <br />for the proper disposal of the existing systems and station equipment.
