"Your IP Communications - Convergence Partner" <br />Reanal <br />Technology Solutions <br />5 Description of Defiverables <br />5.1 Preparation <br />5.1.1 Pre - implementation Design Conference <br />RTS will remotely conduct a pre- Implementation design conference call to; <br />■ Review Customer's technical environment and confirm its compatibility with the associated application. <br />■ Review Implementation schedule. <br />■ Verify that system(s) Islare registered. <br />■ Verify that all other Implementation prerequisites have been met. <br />5.1.2 Site Survey (For Servers, Gateways, Messaging, Platform Migrations and Hardware / <br />Software Upgrades) <br />RTS will work with Customer's project coordinator to: <br />• Identify site survey locales. <br />• Determine the need and extent of the Site Survey(s). <br />Site survey(s) will be completed, as needed, prior to hardware delivery. Site survey(s) will be performed <br />remotely unless otherwise stated. Site survey activities may include: <br />• Inspecting equipment room (on -site or via digital pictures). <br />° Inspecting existing equipment configurations (via remote access or Customer provided reports). <br />° Verifying power requirements. <br />■ Checking other environmental specifications. <br />5.1.3 Customer IT Cable infrastructure <br />The Customer is responsible for assuring that the existing IT Infrastructure will meet the requirements of this <br />project: <br />■ Assuring that all telephone and data jacks have ID numbers that correlate to iD numbers on the Main <br />Distribution Frame (MDF), any Involved Intermediate Distribution Frame(s) (iDF), and that the Network <br />DMARC points can be connected to RTS' equipment with the provided cables. <br />■ Repair, replacement, tagging, or demarc extension, as may be required to fulfill the requirements of the <br />project. <br />if the RTS - assigned Field Engineer determines that the required wiring work will delay system cutover, the <br />Customer may: <br />■ Proceed with a partial installation, with completion of the installation once repairs to the IT Wire <br />Infrastructure are completed. <br />• Reschedule installation for a later date. <br />Note: Delayed and rescheduled work will be subject to the RTS then - current Time & Materials rate. <br />-7- <br />This document is proprietary and confidential to Relational Technology Solutions. <br />Unauthorized distribution is prohibited. <br />
