Vote: ayes, 5; noes, 0. <br />Agenda Item 6: Requests of Register of Deeds <br />This item was removed from the agenda. <br />Agenda Item 8: Re-roofin Grad Brown G mnasium <br />Commissioner Barnes moved, seconded by Commissioner Walker, the Board <br />accept the bid of Budd-Piper Roofing ($17,266) to reproof the gymnasium at <br />the old Grady Brown School and that the monies for this project be appropriated <br />from the fund balance. Vote: ayes, 5; noes, 0. <br />Agenda Item 9: Water Resources Planning ~ Protection <br />Task Force ~~~ <br />Mr. Ed Johnson requested Cane Creek Conservation Association be considered <br />for membership in the newly established Water Resources Planning and Protection <br />Task Force.. Mr. Ben Lloyd requested Farm and Landowners Association be included <br />in this membership. Mrs. Josephine'Barbour requested more citizen representation. <br />Mr. William Dorsett requested more citizen representation. <br />Commissioner Walker moved that one representative from the Farm and <br />Landowners Association be included on the Water Resources Planning & Protection <br />Task Force. Motion died for lack of a second. <br />Commissioner Willhoit moved, seconded by Commissioner Barnes, the <br />issue of obtaining adequate representative input from the public be referred <br />to the Water Resources Planning and Protection Task Force. Uote: ayes, 5; noes, 0. <br />Agenda Item 10: Proposed Budget Amendments <br />Commissioner Barnes moved, seconded by Commissioner Gustaveson, the <br />Board approve the proposed budget amendments as submitted by the Finance <br />Director.
