Code of Federal Regulations: The MAB must include the entire urbanized <br /> area as defined by the Census and "the contiguous area expected to become <br /> urbanized within a 20-year forecast period." <br /> - DCHC MPO MOU: "The MAB will be periodically reviewed and revised in light of <br /> new developments, basic data projections for the current planning period, and as <br /> may otherwise be required by federal and State laws." <br /> - The DCHC MPO Transportation Advisory Committee must approve the MAB.
