Logan Irvin, Chairman, Southwest Community Preservation <br />Alliance, ~•ri°ote a letter of thanks to the Board of Commissioners <br />which the Chairman read aloud_ For copy of this letter, see page 319 of <br />this book. <br />Agenda Item 14: Executive Session <br />Commissioner Barnes moved, seconded by Commissioner Gustaveson, <br />the Board move into executive session to discuss a personnel matter. <br />Vote: ayes, 5; noe5,.0. <br />Commissioner Walker moved, seconded by Commissioner Willhoit, <br />because the Board does not yet have full information regarding this <br />situation and, because 'the court case is pending, the Board does <br />not feel it appropriate to take action at this time. The Board•is <br />seeking full details and will deliberate again at a later date.
