According to Exhibit H in the EA, this portions of this tract will be a pttoposed soccer park, as <br />opposed to a "nature preserve.' type of park. I . <br />There are several natural areas and conservation areas, owned by Duke University, about 0.3 to 0.4 mile <br />west of the project sate, as shown on Exhibit 14 of the EA.
